1. Cabinet depth, 1″ or 2″?
Furnace cabinets in homes are usually 1″; commercial air handlers are usually 2″. Custom depths exist, we'll build to fit.
2. Face velocity?
Residential systems usually sit at 300 FPM; commercial and geothermal at 500 FPM or higher. This sets the pad geometry.
3. Certification target?
MERV 13, MERV 16, Appendix J for medical, NGBS / LEED / WELL credits, each maps to a specific ECOairflow configuration.
