The patented air-quality technology, engineered in Ontario.
ECOairflow Inc. has spent the better part of three decades doing one thing, making electronic air cleaners that out-perform pleated and HEPA filters at a fraction of the static pressure drop. Every unit is designed and assembled in Oshawa, Ontario, and shipped from there across North America and beyond.

Aluminum frames are cut, squared and assembled in small batches, then paired with the glass-fibre media pad before crating.

Air that's measurably cleaner, without measuring an HVAC bill twice.
The HVAC industry's answer to indoor air quality has been "tighter pleats." Tighter pleats mean higher pressure drop, harder-working blowers, shorter HVAC life, and more frequent filter changes. We took a different route: a sealed 24V polarising field, a one-piece glass-fibre pad, and an honest pressure-drop curve.
The result is a filter that captures bacteria, viruses, smoke, dander, pollen and radon-decay particles, down to .001 microns, while running at the operating cost of a basic filter.
- No ozone (UL2998 certified, the strictest threshold available)
- No frequent change-outs, one-piece pads, recyclable
- No HVAC penalty, typical 15% energy reduction vs comparable pleated

Electronic Polarization Filtration (EPF), explained.
A floating 18–30V field is generated by a hermetically sealed power module inside the filter cabinet. The field polarises every particle drawn through the inlet, even sub-micron ones, and a low-density glass-fibre pad downstream traps them by static attraction, not by mechanical sieving.
That's the magic: filtration happens by polarisation, so the pad can stay loose. Loose pad = low pressure drop. Polarising field = filtration finer than HEPA. The two never had to fight each other; they just had to be combined correctly.
- Sealed 24V floating module
- 1.75 VA · 2W consumption
- No corona, no ionisation, no ozone
- Tandem-linkable for larger banks
- Independent radon-RDP testing
- Patented one-piece pad geometry
Tested by third parties. Compliant where it matters.
Every ECOairflow filter ships with documented compliance against the standards the HVAC, healthcare and green-building communities actually specify.
ETL Listed & UL2998 Zero Ozone
Independent ETL testing certifies every unit against UL2998, which caps ozone emission at .0005 ppm, the strictest indoor-air ozone standard.
