ECOairflow warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship or materials, under normal use and service. The warranty period for each product line is as follows

Electronics

·         Model 1000/1500/6000/7000/2300 – Five (5) years from date of manufacture

·         Model Dynamo – Lifetime to original owner

All Other Components

·         Model 1000/1500/6000/7000/2300 – Five (5) years from date of manufacture

·         Model Dynamo – Ten (10) years to original owner

Subsequent Owners-All Components

·         Model 1000/1500/6000/7000/2300 – Five (5) years from date of manufacture

·         Model Dynamo – Ten (10) years from date of manufacture

If, at any time during the warranty period, the product becomes is defective or malfunctions, ECOairflow shall repair or replace it (at ECOairflow’s option) within a reasonable time period.

If the product is defective, please contact the contractor who installed your product; or
ECOairflow’s customer service department.

This warranty does not cover removal or re-installation labor costs or other expenses; it also does not cover any shipping costs.

This warranty shall not apply if the defect or malfunction was caused by damage resulting from abusive or unreasonable use, neglect or failure to clean and maintain the unit, use not in conformity with printed directions, supplemental changes, flood, fire or acts of God.

Damages that are the result of normal wear and tear will not be considered manufacturing defects, under this warranty.

ECOairflow’s sole responsibility shall be to repair or replace the product within the terms stated above. ECOairflow SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OR ANY OTHER FAILURE OF THIS PRODUCT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE. ECOairflow EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, WORKMANSHIP, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
